EDUCATIONAL TRUST FUND

The charity's objects are the promotion and maintenance of the highest standards of craftsmanship, education and training in brickwork.

The name of the Charity is:-

     THE GUILD OF BRICKLAYERS
      EDUCATIONAL TRUST FUND

The registered number of the charity is 1073475

The charity has been established for exclusively charitable purposes.

Charity Trustees are persons who, under the charity's governing document, are responsible for the general control and management of the charity.

There will be 5 Trustees of the charity and 2 co-opted members.

These will constitute the Executive Committee of which the President will chair the meetings.

Trustees must be selected for what they can contribute to the charity.

Their contribution should include:-
Finance, Competitions, Educational and Training, Technical and Industrial links.

The co-opted member will be determined by the requirements of the agenda of the meeting and their expertise.

Trustees must be able and willing to give time  to the efficient administration of the charity and the fulfillment of its aims.

They should be selected on the basis of their relevant Guild experience  and must be prepared to take an active part in running the charity.

The Trustees of the Charity will meet at least twice a year.
